Machine Shop
Our state-of-the-art machine shop is equipped with lathes capable of handling up to 20.00” in diameter and 160.00” center-to-center. We fabricate cores ranging from simple tubing to complex chilled cores using steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. Additional capabilities include chroming and journal repairs for superior durability.
Autoclave
Our electric autoclave ensures precise curing and consistency across all roller applications, maintaining the highest performance standards.
Roll Building
We offer exceptional roll building utilizing rubber extrusion and wrap build techniques, delivering uniform and reliable roller surfaces.
Rubber Mixing
Our rubber mixing capabilities encompass a wide range of materials such as Nitrile (Buna-N, Carboxylated, and Hydrogenated), EPDM, Hypalon, Millable Urethane, Natural Rubber, Neoprene, SBR, Silicone, and LustreSil®.
Polyurethanes
We specialize in high-durometer, high-heat polyurethane formulations engineered for maximum performance under demanding conditions.
Grinding
Our new CNC cylindrical grinder handles up to 24.00” diameter and 157.00” center-to-center, achieving .0005 TIR or better. We also offer grooving, parabolic crowns, and precision grinding in bearings and housings.
